Heavenly helped put Twee Pop on the map during the '90s by crafting timeless, effervescent pop songs that had just enough Punk teeth to leave little love bites. Think of the Ramones taking over a Brill Building girl group, putting kittens on album covers and cranking out ditties like "Sperm Meets Egg, So What?" After the drummer's death, the group reformed as the equally charming Marine Research.
