Moka Only

A prolific emcee/producer from Vancouver, Moka Only's lengthy discography dates back to 1992 when he appeared on an EP as one-half of Split Sphere (with Prevail of Swollen Members). He went on to release numerous 12-inches as well as a dozen self-distributed cassette-only albums. He also collaborated with many other emcees. Universally admired for his intelligent lyrics and easygoing flow, his skills behind the boards are also top-notch with rich melodies, colorful keyboards, and smooth beats. In 2001, he dropped the excellent album Lime Green on Battle Axe and appeared on Day By Day's A Piece Of The Action compilation.
