Avant

Avant's debut album was the first to be released by the Magic Johnson Music label. It's an excellent first release, rife with unforced rhythms, intimate grooves, and solid musicianship. Avant's an excellent singer, but it helps that he's backed up by such good musicians. A solid effort by a promising talent.
