Breaking Benjamin

The fourth album from the Wilkes-Barre-based quartet is rife with Twilight-inspired imagery, lots of love gone eternally wrong, lifetimes of loner-ness and general gloom. The sentiments are delivered, however, with a defiance that is undoubtedly irresistible to girls who like their boys conflicted, or the other way around. With Dear Agony, Breaking Benjamin position themselves as the American answer to HIM -- a perfect balance between sad romance and heaviness. The band's statement of purpose is effectively laid out in lead single "I Will Not Bow."
