Hooray for the Internet when it can create a blog-to-blog frenzy amongst critics and fans alike who buzz about a band that writes, sings and plays just what they please. That sense of creative autonomy and bad ass attitude is what seems to be behind the underdog success of Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, a five-piece band from Brooklyn, who after only a few years together, have recorded and self-released a debut that mixes the sheer joy of Arcade Fire with the innovative polyrhythmic beats of the Talking Heads.
