Del Amitri

Del Amitri are an underappreciated band who came out of Glasgow in the mid-'80s, and
they have met with only moderate commercial success over here. Never trendy, Del Amitri
match highly melodic guitar rock with romantic lyrics, often with a decidedly downbeat,
heartbroken bent. Grunge they ain't. At their worst, Del Amitri veers dangerously close to
