Huun-Huur-Tu

HHT's stellar second release is a great introduction to Tuvan Throat Singing. The group alternates their unaccompanied multiple-toned vocal pyrotechnics with more accessible (and less traditional) instrument-laden songs. Marvelous, charming, challenging and otherworldy stuff, there isn't a bad egg in the bunch, though the final "Odugen Taiga" is particularly lovely.
