John Scofield

This collaboration between Scofield and Medeski, Martin and Wood represents a refreshing direction for both parties. For Scofield, it's a looser, more improvisational taste of Jazz-Funk, whereas for MMW it's a pleasant reminder of their more straight-ahead days. They should really get together more often.
