One of two albums released simultaneously, Sweat kicks off with the anthemic, completely over-the-top "Heart of a Champion" before settling into a solid set of the super-bump club jams the emcee's known for. Sweat has a decidedly harder sound than his earlier material and sister LP Suit, and is highlighted by a guest appearance Christina Aguilera.

When Nelly blew up in 2000 with "Country Grammar," he boasted that he wanted to "blow
