Author's Comments
The year 2007 held a plethora of minimal techno gems including Matthew Dear's breakthrough album Asa Breed , Swayzak's shiny new Some Other Country and Apparat's chillingly beautiful Walls. In addition, outstanding releases from Jose Gonzalez, the National and Spoon, plus hip-hop's Lupe Fiasco, Kanye West and Aesop Rock, made this year one to remember for Rhapsody producer and minimal techno DJ Fil Rodriguez Latorre.
