In January, 2008, puppeteers and magicians, dancers and musicians strutted their stuff at the 51st annual Arts Presenters conference. Interspersed in the madness was more than a little world music from up-and-coming bands. We cut this playlist off at 40 (!) songs -- what an embarrassment of musical riches.
