Playlist Central

It's that time of year again. That's right: time for gazillions of "Best of 2008" lists. Well, Sarah Bardeen and I (Rhapsody's resident world nerds) made our lists and checked them twice, and there were so many great world releases this year that we simply couldn't fit them all onto our year-end best-ofs. But the artists on this playlist are just as worthy of your attention, even if they didn't make some silly list. It's the Best of the Rest, or perhaps more accurately, the Rest of the Best.
