These ever-challenging prog metal big shots return with an ambitious sequel to their critically acclaimed 1988 album. The story line is as convoluted, bizarre and brilliant as the first time around, though sonically the band sounds more like Dream Theater than Pink Floyd (good news for Druidic metalheads). Geoff Tate's fantastic vocals may be the best thing on here.
