Renegade Soundwave

A cornerstone of what Simon Reynolds has called "the Hardcore Continuum," Renegade Soundwave's 1990 album In Dub draws upon dub languor, hip-hop urgency and rave intensity to create dark, rolling beat meditations that sound unlike just about anything that had come before.
