Too bad the term "New Wave of New Wave" was wasted on such bands as These Animal Men, because it's a far more appropriate tag for groups like VHS or Beta. Echoing, effects-laden guitars and fat basslines give VOB's music an authentic, early 1980s feel. Fans of early Duran Duran and the Cure will love these guys.

or two about respect. Not only have these Kentucky natives studied the decade when a
